about to upgrade from vu uno with 1 fixed sly dish and 1 motorized dish
i bought a extra tuner for the vu so i can record from 0.8 or sky fixed
can i do this ok with solo 4k as not enough dosh to get those expensive lnb's
also in the vu feed's whats the best oscam for solo

You will have to use Oscam.

The status quo will largely remain the same.
The Solo4K comes with 2 fixed satellite connections, 1 for your sky dish and 1 for your motorized, no need to worry about the expensive LNB yet.

There will be only be two versions of oscam in the plugin section. You do not want the pcscd version, that is for external card readers.
If you obtain it from elsewhere, you must ensure it is for ARM cpu.

The receiver comes with two physical tuners on board, you have bought third one. Your description suggests you only have two wires going to the receiver. Configure each tuner so that it matches what you connect to it.
