box rebooting

any time i go onto the irish channels rte1 and rte2 my box restarts!! any ideas what i need to do to sort this issue out?

this is not a crash log, its only a part of it.

ftp into box, go to home/root/logs. in that folder you should see your crash logs. drag to your desktop and then attach them here. if you have no crash logs, you then need to setup from your box in logs

You posted some text. Did you type that yourself or did you copy it from a file. If it came from a file, which file was it?

If it was a file made by the receiver, save the file to your PC using FTP program. Then and attach it to the post. There is a link to a guide on how to attach things in my signature.

Are you watching this via the satellite tuner or by a plugin? If a plugin, which one?

go your box/ system/setting/logs/settings/ enable debug logs to yes. and retry the channel, is it crashes then ftp into logs and following the instructions from Abu and me and attached here.

cant find the logs section! i go into menu/setup/system/ but there is no setting option only av settings

What you posted is not a satellite channel, it is an IPTV channel.

To enable debug logs,
Menu -> Setup -> System -> Logs -> Enable debug logs = yes, and then GUI Restart.

Thats not what the log entry you posted says though, it's showing it as a iptv feed.

That image shows the crashlog of a Pli image, you would probably be better off posting on their forum.

Cant post the link to other forums mate as it's frowned upon but as above just google openpli and you will get there but one piece of advice get a full crashlog for the crash or your request for help may just be ignored. (on pretty much all forums)

OpenPLi image writes log to /hdd if there is one.

You must be using a really old OpenPLI image. That crash in the Picon code was changed a long time ago.
