box shuts off

new box from wos on 15/11/16 setup with vix image and box has been reported shutting down.
reflashed with latest image and during a service scan there is a click and picture goes.box still has blue light on front and redlight inside and network port flickers.i left box and tv on test last night and gone again,remote has no affect unless box is powered off/on at rear.

Are you reporting on behalf of someone else?

If you are doing this in person, what are you scanning? Can you enable debug log, restart, perform scan and pload your debug log as attachment?

Does it do the same if you connect to another dish and perform the same scan?

box was sent back as faulty with internal issue and replacement now working fine cheers m8.:thumbsup:
