TM Nano SE M2 Plus stuck on openpli screen

HI folks,
I am a newbie to this reciever so please forgive my lack of knowledge. I have just purchased the above pre flashed and initially it could see the channels from 28.2 degrees. When I restarted it this morning I don't get past the openpli start up screen. I can see the percentage booting up but then it just sits. Any ideas please?

Does the remote still work? If so, looks like the box isn't getting any signal.
If the remote doesn't work, look on the box for crash logs.

Thanks Judge. In the end I re-flashed the box with 4.2.020 and all is fine now.
