Ftp stopped

I flashed a new vix image to my Cloudibox2 Plus
When I try to connect STB with FileZilla,no joy
When I go into FTP set up,it says FTP stopped
Unable to start it.
Any idea on how to fix this?
Or is there another way to install my cam and line?
