Voice narrator

Hi guys,
Please tell me how i switch off voice narrator on my xtrend 8500.
Sorry if this has been asked before.

quick fix: press audio button on remote and you have choice of audio tracks, choose non-narrative

permie fix: in one of the menu settings system/audio i think you can set the audio priority. I set 1 to English, 2 original, 3 undetermined

menu / setup / system / auto language selection
Set "audio language selection 1" to english
Prefer AC3 track to yes
Prefer audio track stored by service to no.
Press green to save.
