During playback, is it possible to jump the playback position back when exiting fast forward as the VM box does?

If not, where do I post suggestions?

The reason it is so good is that whilst fast forwarding through an ad break at, say, x32, once you see the ads have finished you press play but will be around 16 seconds into your program (assuming it took about half a second to hit play) so you have to faff about rewinding to end of ads.
If the playback automatically jumped back by, say, half the FF speed (so if FF'ing at x32, jump back 16 seconds when flay is pressed), then there will be a good chance the playback position is a lot closer than it would be otherwise.

I have no idea what a 'VM box' is and does, but yes, you can.
The number buttons 3-6-9 jump forwards, and 1-4-7 jump backwards. The number of seconds can be set in the user settings.

On top of that: press-&-hold left/right brings up the seekbar; once opened you can move the positioner to the desired location.

Anf having said that: jumping forwards is an eve handier way of skipping adds then FF.
