New box - cant see Astra?

I have an existing sky dish that i want to use for my duo +.

When i took it out of the box and plugged it in, the wizard takes me through some set up screens.

How do i set the box to scan and see astra?

Ive turned tuner one off (left it unconfigured)

Tuner one no matter what i set it to... it cannot find astra 28.

When i put my old TM box on, astra is there.

My dish is not motorised.

Please help cos the box is crashing out all the time with a green screen saying creating dump file...

you need to add a bouquet for astra that will add the satellite.xml as well all these are needed to see sly style channels

my sets is a good one to start with

i am guessing your using officail image

how about trying to flash with VIX 1.3 and then you can get all settings via the downloads section

First thing you need to do is install VIX and than the above. Astra is 28.2E
