plug in help required

Hi, i have a vu duo and been browsing the many plug ins. Some are self explanatory but most i dont have a clue what they are or do.
is there a list somewhere that can explain what each one is and what they do please or can someone with lots of knowledge make one up please. Thanks.

Don't bog your Vu+ Duo down with plugins, its an old receiver in comparison with receivers on the market today.
As for a list regards the plugins, no there isn't. Google is your best friend I would say.
