EPG only shows 24 hours

Hi - my EPG is only showing up to 24 hours in advance...I've enabled daily downloads to a HDD, when I press EPG download the screen flashes for like a milisecond and then disappears. Tried defragging through CrossEPG and then downloading, still no joy.

Are you sure your using Vix and not PLi

What receiver? What image? To check image press menu > information > about
