Hi I'm new to all this had my box for about 9 months and in the last month just about everything on ts media will not play none of the addons like showbox foe example any help would be much appreciated thanks

Err nor many people on here use tsmedia because it historically can cause lots of problems.
Have you actually updated the plug in?

Like with anything, you would need to keep updating it. And the Vu Solo2 se is a clone receiver and we can't offer any support. Unless you meant Vu Solo SE v2?

if its legit box it should update fine. errors occur when its a clone. on the other hand you could be doing something wrong. what method are you using to update? delete tsmedia from plugins and go back in and download from the feed

can you confirm if its Vu Solo2 se or Vu Solo SE v2?

It's not the v2 version just vu solo 2 se things were working fine on ts media and now nothing really works hope this helps thanks

in that case its a clone (to be honest no support available on the forum). you need to go back to where you bought it and ask them for help. as the real Vix image will not load on clones. or chuck away and get a proper box of the sponsor
