Are Xtrend remote controls interchangeable ?

Ive seen two different Xtrend remote controls

1 for the 8500

1 for the 9000 range

Can I use the 9000 range for my 8500 ? , do the buttons click on the 9000 range like they do on the 8500 remote?

Anyone tried both remotes ? how do they compare 'feel' wise

I need to purchase a further 2 remotes for my 8500 if the 9000 remotes are nicer to use I may get these instead

Not really an answer but ET7500/8000/8500/10000 basically use the same remote which is different from ET9000/9200
I have always found the former remotes very easy and comfortable to use.
