No Picture on Satellite Channels

Apologies as I am ignorant re satellite boxes etc.

However my TM Nano has stopped showing picture on SS1, movies etc after 1 year. The FTA channels are still coming through alright. I asked my supplier who states that there's no issue at his end.

I am receiving the signal via a wireless dongle supported by a wallplug to boost the signal.

How do I tell what's not working in the system?
