Can't watch 1 channel and record another

I'm having an issue where for some reason I can't watch 1channel whilst recording another. And I can't record 2 channels at once.
Preferred tuners are set to auto.
Both tuners have a good signal.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried there but nothing loads when I choose those options. Just a blank screen??

Okay latest softcam 2.3.0 installed but still no change.
It seems that the box isn't switching to the free tuner for some reason? If this is possible?

Did you uninstall your previous version of Cccam?
Is Cccam 2.30 activated and running?
P.s. You say both tuners are set to auto, change them both to simple - 28.2.

I have 2.2.1 running. But when I choose start for 2.3.0 it doesn't seem to start up.
Both tuners are running simple etc. The auto bit was the preferred tuner and preferred tuner for recording, sorry that was unclear.
Reading as much as I can online should I also mention that I'm running blackhole?
