Quickest way to access recordings

Hi guys first post so go easy on me. I am new to the VU+ Duo 2 and have it up and running fine but was wondering is there a quick way to access recordings?

On your remote, third line from bottom. There is a button next to Menu, it has some lines and an R. Press it
