Hi I have a Venton Unibox HD ECO+ with twin Sky/Cable tuner. Ive only bought a 48" Toshiba 3D Ultra 4K TV is this box compatable with 4K, Or is it time for a new box?

only if you need 4K services you need new box. For HD/SD your TV will upscale to UHD.
