box stuck on start up page for ever

Hi guys had tm-nano -se-m2 since 25/01/2016 brought it on w.o.s. Had no trouble up till today. will not boot up says on tm start up page, remote control does not work,only way to switch it off or on is by mains.It was doing a crash report log, after several minutes of being struck on that page, i switch it off and on again and it has not work since.I have tried it with the the ethernet cable out.no differance gone in a deep sleep and doesnot want to wake up, my last tm lasted seven years, not seven months. Any help greatly appreciated.....

Most likely need USB re-flashing.

Sicilian tried what you said,got message then green light on front of box flashing as it was trying to flash image, after ten minutes turn it off as nothing was happening.I think some how i have brick the box.

Hi every one,the box was re-flashed with the latest image and is working fine. Thanks very much Scilian you're the best.
