Hi All,
I seem to be having issues connecting my brandnew box (arrived yesterday so should be already on the lastest OpenVix image).
When i try to list available wifi networks and then select the box crashes:

50040

Short of a USB reflash are there any other options i have here?

Any thoughts?
Cheers

Try powering it down first, and then see how you then get on.

Thanks for the response, i forgot that i tried this also.
The first occurrence happened during the setup wizard, then i skipped the network wizard on the second attempts and used an Rj45 connection to get it up and running.
I then may several subsequent attempts using the setup menu with the same result.

Should be fixed in 4.2.002.

Thanks for the information.

I too have just received my new Vu+ Duo2 box yesterday and experienced the same issue / crash upon setup.

I am new to this forum and to OpenVix so apologies if I have missed this information :- is there a list of known bugs for 4.2.001 and a plan release date for the 4.2.002?

Many thanks

In the release thread for 4.2, this issue is acknowledged with the amended file provided.

You should be able to perform an online update from 4.2 001 to 4.2 002 if you are connected by ethernet. 4.2 002 will be available as a download very soon.
