xtrend 9500 shutting down

my extrend has started shutting down 3 or 4 times during the evening restarts about 2 mins later sometimes it flashes up open vix has a problem i have tried repositioning it in case its heat related but problem persists tried reflashing latest vix image but still shutting down any ideas?

have you just got a basic image on box like no skins plugins,picons etc.when box was reflashed did you use settings restore hopefully not.you may have to go into your log settings and activate them and if/when it happens post in the support section with log file.
