Hi all,
I have a bit of a strange issue that i cant seem to figure out.
Basically when i search my channels i'm only getting around 630 out of the usually 900 odd.
my skysports1 is very bitty/glitchy and unwatchable however skysports2 is perfect.

Could it be a fault with my LNB, Tuners in my Duo or just that my dish has some how got misaligned?

Any help info would be greatly appreciated

When you say levels, do you mean signal strength?

I'd check your dish alignment and LNB skew before the receiver.

You can test both tuners by doing a manual single satellite scan and comparing amount of channels found. Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Manual Scan > Select tuner at top and set 'type of scan' to 'single satellite'. Run scans on both tuners.

Tuner A has 645 Channels
Tuner B has 662 Channels

Sounds like you have alignment issue or lnb failure.

Test the receiver on another known working dish if possible.
