not seeing memory stick

I can't get my vu zero to see the new image I have tried three memory sticks rearranging the files unzipping them but still no joy the memory sticks have been formatted to fat32 has anyone else had the same issue ?

If you are trying to flash an image, just use Image Manager to lash. Avoids all the compatibility issues with USB drives/extracting to correct structure.
