Hi, can any body help please, my epg on sly channels are not updating i think i have all the settings right... could i be doing some think wrong, i have a 320gb hard drive fitted and i have 1 coaxial lead from sly dish fitted in to tuner a, all advice appreciated.

I have tried this but epg is there but there are no info in the epg i.e whats on now and next...

sorted..... went to openvix website and copied what they said on HOW TO SET UP 7DAY EPG GUIDE. thanks again.

Randomly had the same issue, forced download and it was OK yesterday, same issue this morning, forced download and it's OK again.

Try Menu > Setup > System > EPG > Crossepg > Defragment database.

If that does not work:

1) Telnet 'init 4'
2) FTP to receiver, delete EPG.dat wherever you have it stored to.
3) Telnet 'init 3' or 'reboot'.
4) Force re-download again.
