As the title goes what is this box worth 2nd hand please.

The GigaBlue quad is now discontinued.. and has been replaced by the Quad+
Im a huge GigaBlue fan.. and have 2 of the Quads.. a Quad+ and an X1..
Me personally.. I would not pay any more than 125 for a used Quad.. As a new Quad+ i think is around the 199 mark new..

No chance..
Just check to make sure its not a Quad+..
If it is a Quad+.. Then its still a bit highly priced for a 2nd hand box..
As a new one is only 199..

Not a chance if it's the Quad, even if it's the quad plus you'd still be pushing it for that price second hand unless it had all four tuners. Just my opinion as a original quad owner.

Just confirmed that it is not Quad+ and doesn't have all four tuners.
So I'm considering making him an offer of £100, I think it's a fair price for it.


Another question please, is this still supported by the wonderful vix team?

100 is a bit low for Quad plus maybe start at 150 ish and see how it goes.

Does it come with an HDD.. ?
If so.. What size. ?

Brief spec:
Gigablue Quad H
500gig HDD
2 tuners
18 months old from seller used it for 18 month

What is a fair price? I don't want to overpay and also don't want seller to feel like I'm messing him about.

500GB HDD is 30 quid..
I bought a new Smasung 500GB this morning..
So HDD and Quad+ is 18 months old..
Id offer him 130.. and go up to 150 max..
But thats me.. Someone else might pay a little more.. or a little less..

This is a normal Quad.. Not Quad+..
Sold on fleabay 3 days ago for 137.00
So add a few quid as its the Quad+.. and you have your price..
