Can't exit from viewing saved movies

Since ViX 4.0 in all builds, exiting from viewing saved movies causes Gigablue HD QuadPlus to freeze, black screen, where VIX letters
rotate on the uppper left corner. To get out, full reboot is reguired. Menu settings, how to exit, has no effect.

Doesn't happen on any of my boxes. You need to say what build you are on etc and attached Logs (zipped) here.

Are you using a plugin that is installed as source?
There's one that a few people use for EPG menus(?), and that suffers from the fact that a config item has been added and old versions don't have it initialized.

If you are running the openvix custom epg mod, remove it or update it, it has been causing issues since 4.0 and has been updated in the thread on here to correct the problems caused by the newer version of vix
