Keep getting crashes when changing channels

Hi,

I keep getting the following crash (log attached) since i updated from build 008 to 016 at the weekend. When i was on 008 i didn't get any faults/crashes but its happening since the update. I've tried re-flashing and still i am getting the same crash.

Help required please.

Tried usb flash and downloaded image via image manager and both gives me the same fault when changing channels

Tried that too no joy

It appears to dislike whatever is in the remote fallback tuner ip address which should be blank or a valid ip address ..... usage.config.remote.fallback is invalid.
It would appear that either you have fallback tuner enabled or you are restoring a settings backup with invalid settings.
