Factory Reset Crash loop (Component: Enigma2)

Good Morning,

Ive just joined this forum so thanks for accepting me.

Well i have getting this message every-time i tried to click on information,network. Error receiver encountered a software problem and needs to be restarted! Please upload the crash log /home/root/logs/enigma2_crash_2016_08_01_10-19-59.log
Your STB will restart in 10 seconds! Component: Enigma2

I thought i would try a factory reset but it just keeps on looping and restarting with that message above ^^^^^^

Does anyone have any advice for a newbie Zgemma h2s person

I forgot to mention i cant boot anything through USB Front or Back ports just keeps on looping.

there is no official openvix image for the zgemma

im afraid you will have to seek assistance from where you bought the box from about this particular error.
