Deleting Bouqets

Hi, Newbie Question.
I have been deleting Bouquets I Don't use in the TV Menu, but they keep
cropping back up. I presume this is happening on Auto-Renew. Is there any
way I can stop this without losing any new channels that may arrive
in a setting somewhere?
