View Full Version : Slow responce from remote to unit
I got my box replaced under warranty ( just box, kept remote) and ever since the response from remote to box is sometimes very slow to react
or I have to push button many times to get a response, more noticeable when scrolling through recorded files on HDD or Nas,
does anyone know of a way to reset (?) or better sync the box to the remote

First change the batteries in the remote.
Have you removed the protective plastic film from the front of the box? The display window on the front of boxes often comes with a protective film to ensure that it doesn't get scratched during manufacture. Tne sensor sits behind the display window
Turn the box off at the mains for a few minutes just in case something in the software has crashed when you first configured the box. The mains off/on will give the box a cold boot.
Hi, I also found a piece about resetting remote code
press and hold 2 + 7 until led flashes press help then enter 0001
did this, seemed to make it slightly faster, so guess it batteries next
