Timeout for tuner lock

Hello
Just updating to the latest Openvix 4.106, when I try to use Autoboquet maker or attempt to update the Epg I get a message stating Timeout for tuner lock?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You are not locking onto the transponder used for the EPG. This is sometimes because:

A tuner configuration error, someone has one signal wire connected, but tells the receiver that both have signal wires.
LNB failure.
F-Plug not connected properly.
Dish not aligned properly.
Using a splitter on a wire to the LNB (not applicable to unicable users).
Damage to cabling.
Worst case scenario, a tuner faulty.
