plugins and extensions

is there a thread on here (if there is I apologise) that explains the plugins and extensions and what their job is, i see lots of them but theres no real explanation on what they do.i feel am not using my vu duo to its full potential. thanks in advance guys

The Vu+ Duo is quite an old box now and would struggle enormously with added plugins. To get the best out of the Vu+ Duo you really only need to be using ABM, CrossEPG and a Swap File enabled. Would become sluggish otherwise.
But to answer the question, No is the answer. Google is probably your best bet.

that's the ones I use ,your probably right time for a new box. shame theres no info on the the plugins or extensions on here as It would help others.
