Fast channel change plugin?

Is there a fast channel change plugin for Openvix?

Hi,
the plugin is no problem but this is only for configuration. The problem are the changes in E2 itself and they are not in OpenViX.

We don't have it as we can't use it.
It requires massive changes in E2.
