tm-nano 2 super crashing

Hi I was hoping someone could help
I have a tm-nano2 super which on older vix image 4.0 would power off and on a few times a day
Now on latest image 4.1 015 it will lock up about once a day and has to be powered off at the mains.
I have tried fresh flash and used with no add ons like picon etc also tried hades and extrenal hard drive instead of the internal one supplied from wos
I can attach logs if that would help

I have the same model/problem.Tried various different vix images and most latest image also crashing.Thought initially this was a plugin problem, however even with barebones of vix image its happening. any advice guys?

I've got same problem. Bought device 2 months ago and not happy at all. not much support coming as well. some times screen freezes with back ground audio....last call for help..plzz
