Premium Channels not showing in EPG

Edit: subject should say Programmes not Channels

Hi,

My EPG is not showing and future programmes for any premium channels.

FTA is working fine, but for all premium channels I can only see the programme which is currently on.

I have a Edision OS Mini box with OpenVix. My EPG is stored on a USB drive.

Can anyone advise how to resolve?

Have you tried taking the card out and giving it a clean ?
Failing that try blue button > cross epg downloader.

Not sure what you mean by card as I don't have one?
Steps I've taken so far are to re-load the EPG and then to manually download the Cross EPG.
Is says downloading but then very quickly disappears and I'm still left with the same issue.

Managed to get it working.

- Updated rytec providers
- Set the OpenTV source to Astra (wasn't selected prevoisly) and saved.
- Downloaded CrossEPG data and it worked!

Assuming it was the OpenTV source which made the difference

Yes. Crossepg needs to know where to get the info from.
