Remote control - very annoying

Hi all,

I got the VU+ Duo2 when it was very first released, so i got the remote control from back then.

It was well documented that the remote control was pretty annoying, (at least the communicating of the remote control to the box).

Has there been any development on improving this does anyone know?

Reason why i ask, i see there is a "New Style" remote i have seen in the WOS store, that looks the same, but may be better at zapping?!

I think new style one is the one that came with our Duo² .I have a Solo² aswell that the MRS uses ,i swapped the remote and use solo² as its better( the one in above post) . Lay out isn't as good but better remote

I suggest you to use a Logitech Harmony; the IR's are so strong, you can even point the RC in a completely different direction.
