F3 Skybox Channel Upgrade

Hi


I am unable to update channels as the remote sensor on my Sky F3 box is broken
So I am unable to press the yellow key to preform the final part of the upgrade
Any suggestions on this problem
and also any idea where to get a new sensor

i would get rid and buy a box of the sponser WOS. the f3 and other makes in that range are cheaply put together and never last.
