Crossepg download error

When I press the blue button and go to crossepg download I come up with an error

It's says tuner lock

Can anyone help as tried everything

Try this, go here in menu.
Menu/setup/system/epg/crossepg opentv.
Select a different satellite and save then go back and select sky uk again, then re try to download
