LX3 Cable Tuner

Received my 2nd cable tuner yesterday. Come to fit in the box and the LX3 doesn't recognise it. But recognises the cable tuner already installed. Tried all possible methods of switching tuners around but still not joy. Any ideas?

I see two different references, 108A and 109A.

I'm not sure but the good news is 109A.

The new one is code 109A and one that is in the box is 108A I'm sure, will double check later as not in right now

ie you would work the 108A

109A does not work.

for Xpeed-LX3 may be worth even tuner ,106A this is what I have in my LX-3.

Being asked to try newest image/firmware to see if this tuner works.

Would flashing the latest Vix image make any difference, and where can I get factory images for the LX3?
