Help lost some channels

Box is running vix had everything going fine until i did a channel scan and from that lost a whole lot of Channels H2 crime history and others tuner is set for 28.2 e sky, this happend when i did a system scan, any help please

Little lost but I'd first make sure provider is set then restart the auto bouquets scan
