hi guys
hope you can help me i bought the box 3 months ago i allways had touble with the edge of the picture on my favourite show so i went on to video format button and change the 1080i to 1080p to be honest i am not sure if it was the other way around but as soon as ichange it the screen went blank with "invalid scan freq"
the box is still working but its impossibe to access to return it to factory condition
please can you advise

Connect it to your tv via the rf output. You should then be able to access the menu to change it back or at least enable a factory reset.

i thought of that already but its just not happening for me i no ive measured the distance to the nearest window so listen later to the sound of glass

There's probably a rest procedure you can do via the front buttons. If nobody else on here can help, then a phone call to Technomate on Monday will probably be in order, or from whoever you purchased it from.
I'm curious, why buy this instead of an enigma2 box?
