In my opinion the Vu+ Duo2 is a far superior box to the TM 3T Combo.

I have both the VU+ Duo2 and the Technomate Nano 3T and the Duo 2 is by far the best.
I get several lockups on the Technomate but it hardly ever happens on the Duo.
Both are running the same VIX software.

You require 1 x DVB-S2 (Twin Satellite tuner) and 1 x DVB-C/T2 (Cable tuner).

Is it something like this one http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/satellite-and-terrestrial/digital-receivers/vu-plus/VU-Plus-Duo2-Duo-2-1x-Twin-Tuner-DVB-S2-1x-Hybrid-DVB-C-T-T2-HD-Enigma-2-Linux-Satellite-Receiver

No.

Slot 1, twin tuner module satellite
Slot 2, twin hybrid module.

Total of 4 tuners.

Best to ring up WOS and ask them for that combination if you are determined on buying the duo2.

I have just brought a 2nd Sundtek tuner, has not arrived yet but will let you know if it works with 2 usb tuners.

It does work with 2 USB tuners, it will work with 3, but you will need a feed for each, be careful splitting your signal it doesn't always work very well.
