recorded content playback issue

This is my first post in this forum.

It is actually something that concerns me little bit.

Why there is another playback screen in the upper right side of my TV when playing back a recorded content?. Is it copyright thing or what?.

It is my first time seeing this thing since being in the Enigma world.

Any feedback please?.
