auto bouquet

hi I have just been setting extrend et10000 cable tuner up working great except I cant get auto bouquet maker to work just keeps saying tuner timeout lock any suggestions on what to try thanks johng

Have you set your net ID ?

Yes I did mate on tuner config

You have to set it in ABM/providers as well

Yeah I did it says under providers area and net id

Check you have chosen the correct Net Id.
Make sure your cable connections are ok.
You have connected to RF in

I got the net Id of the virgin box and it has scanned all the channels in no prob and the picture quality is good

Thanks for help I've got it sorted now I had the second tuner enabled but nothing connected to it so I set it to nothing connected and it has done the auto bouquets sorted cheers
