vu duo recording

hi all.. i have a vu duo vix hades image.. my problem is that when i record a program the picture freezes often enough. when im not recording it seems to be fine
any ideas

You are going to struggle getting support on such an old image. Personally I would upgrade to the latest image (ViX 4.1-009).
You can take a backup of the image you have. Blue button > ViX > Backup Manager and green button to do a backup.
Then exit one and go into Image Manager > yellow button > (download the very latest ViX image, which is ViX 4.1-009) by pressing the green button. After a few minutes the download will complete then red button to close then highlight the image you have just downloaded and press the blue button to restore.
Simples! Then see how that image is, if still having problems, at least support can be given cos you are on the newest image.

i tried to put the latest image on with usb stick but could not connect my vu duo in dcc so just went back to hades.. i will try it again and see
