Gigabite Switch

I assume it will still work on a non gigabite network?

i my self run a similar 16 port network swich from my ADSL netgear router. it should work just fine.

in fact i'd say this is probably better for you. it's virtually the same as the one i use

But its double the price. I just wanted something cheap and cheerful.

I had a tenda modem in the past which did the job well and was good build. I really cant see the reason to pay twice for Netgear // Zyel when they are probably made in the same factory.
