Easy to set up?

Hi.
I am new here and looking to find (and contribute) to some good information.
I am thinking of purchasing the Gigablue Quad+ Plus HD.

Are they easy enough to set up once purchased from WoS?
I will be looking to purchase a line. Again, is it straightforward to enter this information?
