New flash - catseye motor settings - Service unavailable check tuner config

hi.

Been using PLi image for a while but thought id have a play with my box today and installed the vix image.

this is what i have done

1. Installed Vix image - installed fine
2. Used wizard for menu set tuner config:
1 tuner set up
Config mode - simple
mode - positioner
long and lat settings

If i go to satfinder it moves the dish and finds whatever sat i choose so thats all fine

3. Installed cccam fine
4. Manually installed catseyes motor settings:
everything bar satellite.xml into etc\enigma2 and satellites.xml into etc\tuxbox

rebooted box umpteen times

Now every single channel says n/a and the message Service unavailable! Check tuner configuration.

So what simple step have i not done?

you need to do a rescan i think best do this to avoid a rescan

long blue button

short green button

plugin download menu opens

go to bouquets and download catseye settings

the box should reboot after install if not manual restart box from back

then the channels should be there without needing a rescan

configure the tuners after you transfer your bouquets over

silverfox - i do not see catseye settings in the bouquet list

telnet to box and perform


opkg update

then straight after


opkg upgrade

rebot box and you will see the setting in downloads
