Need help identifying problem

Hi peeps,

I have the vu solo 2 and today i couldnt watch any free to air channels.

I did a scan on tuner 1 (single sat 28.2) and it found no channels.
I did the same on tuner 2 and it found channels.

The only way to watch tv is disable configuration on tuner 1.

Am i safe to say it is kaput or can I try anything else.

If it is dead, any ideas where I can get a new card and any guides to installing it?

have you tried swapping the satellite cables around to rule out any issue between your dish and box?

Might be that your LNB is faulty, have you got a spare you can swap out
