Hello

I've recently been looking into upgrading my Vu+ box with a USB Dvb-C tuner. I was looking at purchasing a Sundtek Dongle, but have recently seen that VU+ make one too.

What one do you guys recommend I get? Is one quicker than the other at changing channels?

Here are the details for each:
• Sundtek (http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/USB-Digital-Tuners/Sundtek-MediaTV-Digital-Home-USB-Tuner-Cable-Terrestrial-HD-DVB-C-T-T2)
• Vu+ (http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/USB-Digital-Tuners/VU-Plus-Turbo-USB-Tuner-DVB-C-T2)

Any help would be appreciated.

It's better to use a VU+ plug and play tuner.

Many Thanks for the quick reply.

Can I ask why?

I'd say it's better to use the Sundtek as you can also use on PC, use on other receivers and they fix issues a lot quicker than others.

there are thread on here that suggest that many of these tuners only work with FTA channels - has this now been addressed - atleast with the sundtek?
