Hi all,

I'm currently on OpenVix 3.2 and happily using MGCAMD 1.35a

I'm hoping to get onto 4.1 soon - but I don't know if the specific MGCAMD release for ARM runs well on 4.1 yet.

Has anyone had any experience they can share?

Thanks

Scoobs

Just an update on my experience chaps
As an FYI I was originally on OSCAM but my sub (paid up front for 12 months) isn't designed for use on OSCAM

For my needs, I kinda regret getting the Vu 4K box.
The limitation on CAMS supporting the ARM architecture is too limiting at the minute

MGCAMD is running, but has issues where it might stop and need me to change channel or re-start the softcam.
Sometimes on boot from standby I need to re-start the softcam to get it started.

I know everyone is saying OSCAM is the future - but I guess it also relies on the server being geared up for OSCAM too.

You're not allowed to talk about pay servers on here.

As far as I'm aware OSCAM can do everything that you would normally do with mgcam if you set it up right.
