solo 2 tuner problem

hi,
ordered a solo2 this week and finally set it up today and disaster struck.
i set the first tuner with my normal positioner setup and the second tuner with my sky dish.
i found the first tuner positioner didnt get any signal and so swapped the cables around and the positioner worked.
this showed the first tuner wasn't working.
does anyone know of any ways to try and sort it out before i call WOS on monday when they reopen?

Which image are you using? Version and build number please.

Leave aside your motorsied cable.

TEST 1.
Set tuner A as "not configured"
Connect the fixed dish wire to tuner B.
Set tuner config as simple, single, automatic.
What happens afterwards?

TEST 2.
Set tuner B as "not configured"
Connect the fixed dish wire to tuner A.
Set tuner config as simple, single, automatic.
What happens afterwards?
